Structured debt investments in the form of senior, unitranche, second lien or mezzanine loans ranging from $10 to $150 million are made to middle-market companies in need of capital to effect strategic change. Funds are used for working capital, to fund long-term growth, or to execute an acquisition or facilitate a turnaround. Investment characteristics include
collateral loans with strong asset values and
cash flow/enterprise loans. The debt fund also invests in
special situations, distressed opportunities, high yield and public market debt in areas where we have competencies.
